Official Rules, Terms & Conditions
1. Sponsor
This giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Frontier Shed Co., located in Dardanelle, Arkansas. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or Meta Platforms, Inc.
2. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the State of Arkansas, United States.
Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, and agents of Frontier Shed Co., its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings) are not eligible to enter.
Void where prohibited by law.
3. Entry Period
Giveaway begins October 15, 2025, upon posting.
Ends October 29, 2025 at 11:59 PM Central Standard Time (CST).
All entries must be received within this period to qualify.
4. How to Enter (Free Entry)
To enter, participants must complete the following steps on Facebook or Instagram:

2️⃣ Like the giveaway post ❤️
3️⃣ Comment your favorite hunting memory or tag a hunting buddy
(Optional: Share the post to your story for extra good luck — sharing is not required and does not affect chances of winning.)
📌 Limit: One entry per person per platform (Facebook or Instagram). Duplicate or automated entries will be disqualified.
5. Prize Details
Prize: One (1) Frontier Shed Co. 5×8 Deer Blind
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $1,200
No cash or substitution allowed.
Pickup Location: Frontier Shed Co., Dardanelle, Arkansas
Pickup Deadline: Winner must claim prize within 15 days of announcement. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
Selection: One (1) winner will be chosen randomly using Random.org on October 30, 2025.
Notification: The winner will be announced publicly on Frontier Shed Co.’s Facebook and Instagram pages and contacted directly via direct message (DM).
The winner must respond within 7 days of notification. If no response, a new winner may be selected.
7. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the giveaway period. No purchase or payment increases chances of winning.
8. General Terms
By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Frontier Shed Co., which are final.
Frontier Shed Co. reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Promotion.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found tampering with the entry process or violating these terms.
9. Publicity & Rights
By accepting the prize, the winner grants Frontier Shed Co. permission to use their name, likeness, and/or photo for promotional purposes (including social media posts, website content, or press releases) without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants agree that Frontier Shed Co., Meta Platforms, and their affiliates shall not be held responsible for:
Technical errors, network outages, or data loss
Late, lost, or misdirected entries
Any injury, damage, or loss related to participation or prize acceptance
11. Privacy Policy
Personal information collected during the giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Promotion and contacting the winner. Information will not be sold or shared with third parties.
